About Syeeda

Syeeda Echols is a sought-after faith-based leadership speaker, author of Set an Example, and an ordained minister with a heart for developing leaders from the inside out. Her work centers on helping individuals embrace leadership as a calling shaped by faithfulness, character, and daily obedience rather than titles or platforms.

Syeeda’s leadership journey spans classrooms, churches, and global contexts. She has taught in New York, Venezuela, and Guatemala, served in local church ministry, and earned a degree in religion and philosophy with a concentration in Christian spiritual formation. She later attended Truett Seminary at Baylor University, where she continued to refine her calling to preach, teach, and equip leaders.

Through storytelling and Scripture, Syeeda creates space for honest reflection, spiritual growth, and practical application. Her speaking resonates with audiences navigating seasons of uncertainty, transition, and responsibility, especially new leaders discerning their voice, calling, and leadership capacity.

Whether speaking at conferences, leadership trainings, retreats, or faith-based organizations, Syeeda invites listeners to lead with conviction, humility, and trust in God’s presence. Her message is both challenging and deeply encouraging: you are already entrusted with something holy, and how you steward it matters.
